323.TV accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex Credit Cards.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
We also provide net terms up to 30 days for government and educational institutions or corporate entities that meet our guidelines. To request net 30 day terms, fill out our credit application.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us at 866-323-5773 or sales@323.tv as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
