The Polycom Vortex EF2201 is a “digital hybrid” telephone interface.

The Polycom Vortex EF2201 can connect to other Polycom Vortex products using digital technology. The Polycom Vortex EF2201 interfaces telephone audio to the Polycom Vortex family of products and allows up to 8 callers to be added to the same conference by using 8 Polycom Vortex EF2201 units.

The Polycom Vortex EF2201 has audible ring indications, user configurable entry and exit tones, and controllable levels of DTMF and dialtone signals. The Polycom Vortex EF2201 settings are configured using the Conference Composer software and can be stored as user presets within the Polycom Vortex EF2201.

The Polycom Vortex EF2201 connects directly to an analog telephone line, connecting an outside caller to your meeting. In addition to providing crystal-clear telephone audio to all participants, the Polycom Vortex EF2201 significantly reduces background noise coming in on the telephone line to keep unwanted sounds from interfering with your conference.

Refurbished Polycom Vortex units include all required cables, accessories, remote installation assistance, on-call technical support, and a one-year warranty which covers repair or replacement by 323.tv.
