The Polycom Visual Concert VSX version works with the Polycom VSX product line. The Visual Concert VSX will allow you to display People + Content during a video conference call. People+Content is the ability for a video conference participant to introduce content from a laptop or a Desktop PC into the call so that all participants can see the Content and the speaker at the same time.

Refurbished units include all required cables, accessories, remote installation assistance, on-call technical support, and a one-year warranty which covers repair or replacement by 323.tv.

New units require the purchase of a one-year manufacturer service agreement with Polycom. This plan includes next day parts replacement, 24x7 technical support, software upgrades and updates, and user training.
