Polycom new warranty services (Polycom Required Support Program)
Effective November 2nd, 2009, Polycom began requiring support contracts with the purchase of all new Polycom video conferencing, Polycom HDX high definition, Polycom infrastructure product and select Polycom voice solutions.
Included with this service coverage is next day advanced part replacement, technical telephone support (24x7), software upgrades and updates, and unlimited training.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, which are under normal use and service, for one year from time of purchase. Polycom may repair and replace the defective item or offer a refund, at their discretion.

LifeSize new warranty services (LifeSize Assurance Services)
The LifeSize service program provides a suite of services that provide ongoing support for LifeSize products that meet the needs or all businesses and organizations.
As of February 6th, 2010, LifeSize required the purchase of a one-year service contract with all new systems.
Warranty coverage exists for both LifeSize hardware units and LifeSize software applications. This will include electronic notification of the availability of new software updates.
LifeSize Helpdesk Assurance includes consultation with technical representatives, with various support options.
LifeSize Assurance Services offer investment protection, extend product use and optimize installation for insured quality.

Tandberg warranty services
Tandberg offers a warranty to the original user when the product is purchased from an authorized Tandberg dealer.
A one-year warranty contract is required with all new Tandberg equipment.
The Tandberg unit will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the originally specified period under normal operating conditions.
Tandberg may elect to repair, replace or refund the system at the then current purchase price.

323.TV™ standard refurbished warranty service for Polycom, LifeSize and Tandberg systems
323.TV™ provides, at no additional cost, a warranty for repair or replacement that covers defects of the system hardware under normal usage conditions for one year from the time of purchase - this may be renewed annually.
Refurbished Polycom, LifeSize of Tandberg units may be pre-owned or off lease, and the software versions may vary from system to system. If a specific software version is required, a request must be made at the time of purchase.
323.TV™ additional Polycom warranty coverage
323.TV™ offers additional Polycom Service Contracts on these systems for our clients who want the latest software revisions and the added benefit of next day replacement.
The only way to obtain software updates beyond this period is to purchase a Polycom Service Contract that would cover software updates or buy that specific software version.
Extended warranty services
Extended warranty services with 323.TV™ can be obtained for out of warranty Polycom products that are currently in production.
323.TV™ Extended Warranty Coverage provides unlimited next-day replacement of your Polycom videoconferencing equipment, accessory items (excluding remote control) and free 24x7 technical support throughout the coverage period.
If you use your equipment daily, or even once a week, having an extended warranty with advanced replacement is crucial to not missing another meeting due to down time.

Requirements for extended warranty includes:
- A valid serial number located on the bottom of your Polycom product.
- Policyholder information; Company name and physical address of equipment.
- The Polycom model
- Selection of warranty coverage: One-Year or Three-Years.
