323.TV has deployed thousands of conference systems. Our company takes great pride in customer satisfaction, and we are eager to address the occasional issue that may arise.

Defective on Arrival

323.tv™ takes great care to ensure that all item sold by are company are functioning as intended. If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please complete the RMA form within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem. You may also contact a 323.TV™ representative directly at 1-866-323-5733 ext. 114 for immediate assistance.

If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.

Wrong item recieved

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and 323.tv™ takes care to ensure orders are packed accurately, if you believe that you received the wrong item, please complete the RMA form within five business days of receipt and a representative will contact you with return instructions as soon as possible.

If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.

Shipping Damage

If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately. 323.tv™ uses FedEx as it's preferred shipping carrier. Information about FedEx damage claims can be found at the FedEx Shipment Claims Center.

In the case of international orders, there may be a chance that your package is delivered by another company or organization, please refer to the company or organization that made the delivery for information regarding damaged packages.

After contacting your delivering carrier, complete the RMA form and a 323.TV™ representative will contact you as soon as possible with additional insurance claim instructions.
