Telephone Technical Support
The 323.TV Standard Warranty Program (the “Program”) provides access to expert technical support engineers who will assist in solving issues by phone. The Program’s Support line is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, (9am to 5pm Central Standard Time) excluding national and local holidays. The product serial number is required for service.
Technical Support Package

- Covers up to 10 hours of phone support per year
Software Upgrades
This Program does not cover Software Upgrades.
Repair or Parts Replacement (**Requires Troubleshooting)
The Program provides repair or replacement of all covered, failed hardware parts under normal usage conditions. If the 323.TV technical support representative determines that a repair or replacement part is required to resolve a hardware malfunction, the customer must send in the defective part. An RMA number will be issued and emailed with shipping instructions. The customer is required to pay for shipping the equipment to the 323.TV Repair Facility. 323.TV will pay for standard return shipping to the customer site inside the United States. The customer will have to pay for return shipping if the repair or replacement needs to be shipped out side of the United States. Service time averages one week or less. The Limited warranty may be renewed annually.
If 323.TV is unable to repair or replace the hardware a pro-rated refund will be given. The refund will be pro-rated at 10% per month.
Escalation Support
The Program provides access and involvement of higher-level engineering expertise for resolution of more complex technical problems.

This warranty covers only normal use of the equipment. 323.TV, LLC shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized 323.TV, LLC representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use.
